Drive North of Loop 1604 on Hwy 281. Take the Canyon Lake/Hwy 46 exit and turn right going East. Castle Avalon is 8 miles down Hwy 46 on the left. Look for the Castle Gates.
Take IH 35 North of Loop 1604 and exit for Natural Bridge Caverns Road/ FM 3009. Turn left and drive for 14 miles, until this road dead-ends into Hwy 46. Turn left, drive for 1/2 mile and Castle Avalon in on your right. Look for the Castle Gates.
The trip from Austin takes approximately 1.25 hours. Dallas takes about 5 hours. Take IH35 South to New Braunfels. Take exit 189 and turn right onto Loop 337/Hwy 46. Travel West for approximately five miles and take the exit for Hwy 46 West. Castle Avalon is 11 miles down Hwy 46 on the right. Look for the Castle Gates.
The trip from Houston takes approximately 3 to 4 hours. Take Hwy 10 West to Seguin. Exit onto Hwy 46, turn right and drive all the way to New Braunfels. In New Braunfels, Hwy 46 shares Loop 337 for approximately five miles. Continue going west until you find the exit for Hwy 46 West. Take this exit and turn right. Castle Avalon is 11 miles down Hwy 46 on the right. Look for the Castle Gates.
